4:59AM 7th Sept 2009, in about 24 hours time I'll be getting ready to leave the house for 2 weeks to go into NS.

Can't say I'm feeling all happy about it, I'm actually pretty hesitant to go, but I don't have a choice. No computer, no nice bed, no sleeping any damn time I want, no internet, no girls.

Anyway, before I played that pub,(Which is to say, I actually haven't played a single game without a single friend in what, a year or so?) I was reading up all about Singapore in Wikipedia and its various shopping centres and MRT stations. Safe to say I have a new found admiration for Singapore; not its government or how its run or how fecking hot it is. Just an admiration for how beautiful Singapore actually is.

I mean Vivo City is one of the most breathtaking spectacles I've seen. Its pretty as fuck and the landscape in the outdoor area is just fecking awesome. Not to mention the wind blowing in your hair.


Or how I didn't know until now that Concourse is considered one of the tallest buildings in Singapore. I used to frequent Champz Billiards in Concourse and never gave it a second thought at how awesome it really is.

FiiO E3

I tried out the FiiO E3 at Boon's house and its good for its price, improved bass pretty good, though with the Bass Boost on my Mp3 it sounds a little muddy, turning it off makes it sound very good. Trebles are clearer and more crisp, Bass is definitely clearer and has a bit more "oomph" to it.

Though its perfect for normal tunes, with Hardstyle I have to turn Bass Boost on to make it sound so much better, because well, Hardstyle is bassy and doesn't sound muddy with over 9000 Bass.

If only I wasn't going into NS I'd get some rig headphones like an ATH-M50, which I have fallen in love with ever since I borrowed it from Boon.

Brand New Eyes

Brand New Eyes is Paramore's latest album due to be out 29-9-2009. I can't fecking wait for that day, its a Saturday and hopefully will be released in Singapore in the same day as well, and if all goes well I'd be out of Camp and straight to HMV to purchase this awesome new album.

Ignorance was the previously mentioned song in a previous blog post. I thought it was horrible but that was just because the Radio quality sucked and Hayleys vocals sounded a bit off. Hearing it on Paramore's website has just made me love Paramore even more.

Nuuu I heard a song on the Radio when I tuned into it and there was this rather bad song which then I promptly turned onto Power 98 to listen to another crappier song so I flipped back to 98.7.

After listening to it a while I didnt like it but I felt very guilty because I had a feeling it was Paramore's new song.

Then the radio said something "(Dunno what title) from Paramore" I almost cried. WHY PARAMORE WHY.

EDIT: Sounds 10x better at home and now I'm listening to it constantly.

I played some songs like FUCKING AWESOME CRYSIS SONG(Or normally called Airfield Hero Theme), Silence from Sarah McLachlan, and Colours of the Harder Styles from Showtek(HARDSTYLE MUTHAFUCKAS). Bass is awesome which is evident from CotHS, I'd go on and on but it'll be neverfkinending.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

Wah quite a good movie if you learn to be impartial and not be influenced by the book. The Harry Potter movies as a standalone movie series are excellent though this particular episode is a bit weak, they made it more of a chick flick than anything.

It was rather enjoyable, though if you are one of the purists who believe the book should be recreated faithfully then stay away because it is definitely not, they pretty much butchered the book.

For me, having read the books back to front about 10 times ever since they have been released, I found it a little disappointing that they didn't show many important scenes from the book but I have long ago regarded the movies as a whole different entity to the book so I found it quite enjoyable to watch, albeit the extremely slow pacing.

I decided a very long time ago the day I enter NS is the day I stop taking any sort of money from my mother and pay her back for everything I feel makes me indebted to her such as my computer and other stuff, and all my dental fees after the shitty braces which I put on.

My dream was always to move out right after NS but its just not possible for a 23 year old to do that in Singapore unless you've inherited a lot from daddy's trust fund, so that means I have to stay in this house stifled by my family. I dunno I always thought home as when I was out with my friends and never my physical home. This place is just for bickering and getting really really annoyed at each other even though we don't say it. I just can't help it, I have never seen a more contrasting bunch of people to share as a family before.

I love my mother but sometimes I really wish she could just take a step back and also think that just because she's mum doesn't make her automatically right in everything she says but I guess all parents are like that. Remind me not to be like that when I get children of my own.

Best part is, after Poly we haven't don't keep in touch anymore because basically I knew each of them for only about a year so never really integrated them or I just plain disliked some of them and couldn't be fucked really to try and fix things. Hey friends can be replaced, real good ones can't. I regret not getting closer to my classmates but I'm too much of a wanderer.

Strangely, one of my oldest and one of those friends whom I actually hang out with, who's now back in Australia after only 3 weeks of vacation for some stupid farce, is a friend I met on Neopets. Yes, Neo-fuckin-pets.

I met him when i was like what, primary 4, so that would make him my friend for 9 years, and the friends whom I actually hang out with still are HIS friends whom I met in Poly Year 1 and still meetup nowadays. Yes thats you cunts Alex Chee Byron Jay Gabriel Dion etc. etc. IF I didnt include u it means fuck ur m0ther.

Okay so the other day I was approached by some stupid Ah Tiong for some stupid modelling agency called Create Talent. I dunno what they are or how legit they are, but they sure got the zi g00d taste in men. Anyway right its wat 3 days later and I just remembered their card and its in my pants so I Take it out and look at the website. Ok l00ks legit, but then after some further digging you have to pay a fuckin $370 fee to create your own portfolio. Ya legit mb, but fucking smart because they wont let you make your own portfolio and they earn $370 by taking 36 pictures of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THERE AINT NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.

So after some digging I found this legit agency called Crossroads. Went to the news, saw this delici0us g0urm3t on the July 3rd 2009 News.
